What these services are
Empower Counseling & Consulting, LLC provides clinical content consulting for digital health, behavioral health, and wellness organizations. Services include clinical content audits, ongoing clinical content review, curriculum and training support, and content strategy and writing. This site is for organizational consulting only and is not a crisis, therapy, or clinical-care service. What a review is, and what it is not
A review is a point-in-time assessment of the materials and flows provided, delivered as written findings, a one-page prioritized summary, and a debrief call. It reduces identified risk. It is not a certification that content is safe, and it is not a guarantee against any outcome.
Not legal or clinical advice
Findings are written for your counsel and clinical leadership to act on. They are not legal advice and they are not clinical care. Engagement terms, scope, and deliverables are finalized in a signed agreement before work begins.
No confidential or patient information
Do not send patient data, protected health information, or other confidential clinical material through the contact form or by email. All reviews are conducted on synthetic or de-identified material only, and if anything you send could contain confidential patient information or protected health information, we will flag it and ask you to strip it before it reaches us.
Use of name and credentials
My name and credentials are not used in any marketing, demo, or public material based on an engagement unless separately agreed in writing.
Liability
The deliverable is a professional opinion and set of recommendations. The client retains responsibility for decisions about whether and how to implement changes. No warranty is made that a review will identify every risk or prevent any specific outcome.
