What this site collects
This site does not use cookies, analytics trackers, advertising pixels, or third-party embeds. When you use the contact form, your message is composed in your own email client via a mailto link. Nothing you type into the form is stored on our servers.
Contact submissions
Contact and newsletter requests open your email client with a pre-written message. The information is sent directly from your email account to jayme@empowercc.life. We do not intercept, store, or process those messages through this website.
Protected health information
Do not send patient data, protected health information, or other confidential clinical material through the contact form or by email. All reviews are conducted on synthetic or de-identified material only, and if anything you send could contain confidential patient information or protected health information, we will flag it and ask you to strip it before it reaches us.
